What is your cancellation policy?

If an event is cancelled all ticket holders will be refunded.  

Are my tickets refundable?

Tickets are not refundable; however, tickets are transferrable. You may pass on or sell your tickets to another person.

Are general admission tickets open seating or assigned seating?

Some events have seating assigned with ticket purchase; some events are open seating, first come-first-served. If you have questions about your seat for a particular event, please contact us.

How do I find out what events are coming up?

Can I rent the Ebenezer Theater for a private event?

Yes, the Ebenezer Theater is available to rent for private and corporate events.  Please contact Aynsley Schopfer with all rental enquiries.

Policies

Tickets to events are transferrable, but not refundable.

Prohibited Items:

  • All forms of tobacco and tobacco products, including e-cigarettes

  • Large backpacks or luggage

  • Outside food or drink (including water)*

  • Recording devices of any kind

  • Cameras with detachable lenses or tripods

  • Hard containers including glass and vases

  • Items deemed as weapons (including pocket knives) 

  • Banners, balloons, and noisemakers

  • Selfie-sticks

  • iPads, and other tablets

  • Pets (Trained service animals or service animals in training with identifiable vests will be allowed. Service animals must remain on leash or in a harness at all times.)

*Exceptions will be made for those with disabilities, medical requirements and/or special needs. Patrons with specific/special dietary needs due to disabilities, medical conditions or special needs should contact Guest Services by calling 720-560-6358 or by email prior to attending the event to arrange for reasonable accommodations.

Accessibility

Prager Family Center for the Arts has an elevator to the main auditorium. 

ADA Accessible Seating is available on the Main Level only.

Health and Safety

Prager Family Center for the Arts is committed to the health and safety of our guests, artists, staff, and community. We implement protocols in accordance with current health and safety guidelines and Maryland State law.


Proof of vaccination or a negative COVID-19 test is not required to attend.

Masks are encouraged for immunocompromised and high-risk individuals.
