About the event
NPR Health & Science Correspondent and author Allison Aubrey joins us at The Ebenezer Theater to discuss her book Your Turn: How to Create a Midlife You Love. Drawing on the latest research in health and well-being, along with stories from women ages 45 to 105, Your Turn offers an encouraging new perspective on the years between 50 and 75. Rather than treating midlife as a period of decline, Aubrey explores it as a “third turn,” or a time for renewed purpose, creativity, connection, and possibility.
Guests will have the opportunity to meet Allison Aubrey before and after the event.
Tickets are available both with and without a copy of the book.
Presented by Bluepoint Hospitality and Flying Cloud Booksellers.
